Chandrayaan 3 Highlights | Pragyan Rover Turn Out  Successfully To Observe Moon’s Surface

The mission Chandrayaan-3 made a soft landing on the moon’s surface on Wednesday at 6:04 PM (IST). With the successful mission, India became the first to achieve a landing on the moon’s southern pole And also they are the fourth country in history who complete a landing on the moon just after the United States, the Soviet Union, And China.

The Vikram lander landed. And its health was assessed by the agency. The dust settled on the lunar surface and the Pragyan space rover rolled out of Vikram. The Pragyan will observe the moon for 14 days.

 The Pragyan is a six-wheeler rover designed by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)that is going to observe the moon’s surface and collect experimental data.

NASA chief Bill Nelson says,

“Congratulations ISRO on your successful Chandrayaan-3 lunar South Pole landing! And congratulations to India on being the 4th country to successfully soft-land a spacecraft on the Moon. We’re glad to be your partner on this mission!”
